Position: Trainee Associate – IPR
Number of Vacancies: 2
Duration: 3 Months
Minimum Experience: 4 months of prior internship experience in Intellectual Property Law
Eligibility: Candidates enrolled with the Bar Council of India
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will assist with various Intellectual Property Law matters, including:
- Drafting Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification matters, Notices and Rejoinders.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex IP and trademark matters.
- Researching case laws and precedents using standard legal databases.
- Assisting senior lawyers with case analysis and preparation of case summaries.
- Drafting legal memoranda, briefs, opinions and initial case documentation.
- Supporting seniors in handling IP-related legal matters and litigation preparation.
Candidates should demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
