Experience: 1-2 years Fluency: Fluent in English required
Qualification: LLB or LLM (Law degree)
Key Responsibilities:
- Agreement Drafting:
- Drafting legal agreements and contracts for the company.
- Agreement Vetting:
- Reviewing and vetting contracts for compliance and accuracy.
- Contract Renewals:
- Managing and renewing contracts as needed.
- Legal Research and Notice Drafting:
- Conducting legal research and drafting notices when necessary.
- Assisting Advocates and CS for Documentation:
- Supporting advocates and the Company Secretary (CS) in preparing and organizing legal documentation.
