Job Description
1. Legal Representation & Advocacy.
2. Represent in cases before courts, tribunals, or forums.
3. Draft and argue pleadings in courts.
4. Legal Advisory & Consultation.
5. Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to on matters such as contracts, governance and compliances, and disputes.
6. Interpret laws, regulations, and judicial precedents to guide in legal decision-making.
7. Assist in regulatory compliance, contracts, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, and employment laws.
8. Contract Drafting & Documentation
9. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, trust deeds etc.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of civil, criminal and regulatory laws.
Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case laws.
Negotiation & Mediation: Strong dispute resolution skills for settlements and client advocacy.
Contract Drafting & Interpretation: Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance, risk management, and statutory frameworks.
