Work exposure includes:
• Mergers, Demergers & Capital Reduction matters
• Drafting of Scheme of Arrangement
• NCLT Petitions, Applications, Affidavits & Pleadings
• MCA & ROC Compliances
• Regulatory correspondence with RD, ROC & Official Liquidator
• Due Diligence & Corporate Advisory Work
• Client coordination and transaction documentation
