Rishi Immigration is a Canadian company with three offices: London (Ontario), Windsor (Ontario), and Jalandhar (Punjab), India. The Canadian Government authorizes us to practice Canadian Immigration Law and assist clients worldwide with immigration services such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Must have a strong understanding of Canadian Immigration legislation.
2. Be well-versed with visa documentation for various visa categories, especially temporary applications such as study permit extensions, work permits, visa stickers, etc.
3. Coordinate with the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) department for client-related queries.
4. Prepare retainer agreements for clients, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate client records.
5. Oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration service process to ensure smooth execution.
6. Stay updated with new temporary policies and regulatory changes issued by IRCC.
7. Schedule interviews or meetings with clients during the application process.
8. Ensure all visa and immigration documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within government timelines.
9. Verify client-provided information and prepare/check all legal documentation for accuracy.
10. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
11. Assist clients in obtaining visas and other required immigration documentation.
12. Take full responsibility for immigration operations and remain updated on changes in legislation.
