Job Summary
Responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, including contract review, drafting coordination, negotiations, execution, amendments, renewals, and compliance monitoring for customer, vendor, supplier, and project-related agreements.
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, and manage contracts, purchase agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other commercial documents.
- Coordinate with sales, project management, finance, procurement, and legal teams for contract review and approvals.
- Review commercial terms, payment conditions, delivery obligations, warranty clauses, penalties, indemnities, and liability provisions.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, renewal dates, amendments, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a central contract repository, contract trackers, approval records, and compliance documentation.
- Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Identify potential contractual risks and escalate legal or commercial concerns to the appropriate team.
- Ensure timely signing, execution, circulation, and secure storage of agreements.
- Prepare contract status reports and support internal and external audits.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, contract administration, or legal coordination.
- Understanding of commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, purchase agreements, service agreements, and project contracts.
- Knowledge of payment terms, delivery conditions, warranties, liquidated damages, indemnities, and liability clauses.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, document control, and approval workflows.
- Strong drafting, negotiation support, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and contract management systems.
- Experience in renewable energy, EPC, electrical equipment, manufacturing, or infrastructure is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Legal qualifications are an advantage.
Pay: ₹530,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
