We are seeking a Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) to join the Board of a Private Limited Company. and Work for Group of Company. The ideal candidate will ensure statutory compliance, corporate governance, board advisory, and act as a key liaison between the company, directors, regulators, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member – Mandatory)
Experience & Skills
* Minimum Post qualification experience 2 – 9 Years experience as Company Secretary in Pvt Ltd / Group Companies
* Excellent drafting & documentation skills
* Strong understanding of corporate laws & compliance frameworks
* High integrity, confidentiality & professional ethics
* Strong communication & board-level interaction skills
Working Days & Hours:
Office Timing: 10.00am to 7.00pm
Monday to Saturday
