Job Description:
Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Companies Act.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.
- Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.
- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
- Representation before District Courts, NCLT, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.
- ·Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.
CTC: 4.5 to 7 lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 2 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
