Role: Retainer- Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of IPR ,Civil litigation disputes, Criminal
• Litigation and advise pre-litigation disputes, regulatory investigations, and other contentious matters.
• Work closely with various legal, product, and business team members to provide counseling on litigation.
• Work with external legal counsel on specific matters ranging from regulatory issues to expert advice requests and to take an active role in litigation.
• Research into new applicable laws, regulations and legal regime of new domains of business and prepare notes, case-studies and research on regulatory requirements, legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drafting and Reply to C&D Notices, Notice from Govt Authorities ,domain name disputes
• Research and analysis of various Orders , Judgements , policies, bills, amendments, notifications, relating to and impacting the Group
• Provide necessary support to IndiaMART’s Group Companies-should have good drafting skills
