Job Description:
· Listen to audio and type reports with accuracy
· Deliver reports on or before turnaround time
· Communicate clearly and honestly with Project Lead to manage delivery expectations
· Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals
Minimum Requirements
· 1-2 years experience working in a team environment
· Typing speed of 35 WPM or above
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Good computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office suite (keyboard shortcuts, essentials apps and OS)
· Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
