Job Description :
After analysis of any new property legal documents, an immediate rough list of further documents required with respect to that property needs to be prepared. (*Thorough analysis of the documents would be done by our senior advocate itself but by then, if we get the other documents from our rough list ready, it will save time & speed up the process).
Drafting of Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, MOU, Notices, Receipts, contact & construction agreement etc for individual cases from the standard draft.
Replying to legal notices issued by Gram Panchayat, Tehsildar Office etc.
Liaoning with the customer & their advocate to satisfy all legal queries with supporting documents & clarifications.
Following up with liasoning team to get the documents procured.
Following up on all our civil & criminal cases & coordinating with senior advocates towards their progress.
Preparing MIS Report for tracking the pending legal documentation required for each project/land & for ongoing cases as well.
Working proactively to handle the legal department of the organisation.
