Job Summary:

Radiant Guard Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to

act as a comprehensive legal counsel and support to the company. The Legal Officer will be

responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including intellectual property rights,

labor and contractual disputes, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with

legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

corporate law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Drafting Lifecycle management:

– Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, client contracts, and other legal

documents.

– Develop Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality agreements.

– Draft agreements related to Joint Ventures (JVs) and Memorandums of Understanding

(MOUs).

– Manage the Lifecycle of all SLAs executed with clients

2. Labor and Contractual Dispute/Litigation Management:

– Manage and resolve labor disputes and contractual litigation.

– Represent the company in legal proceedings as required.

3. Overseeing Corporate and other Statutory Compliances:

– Track and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements including

POSH compliances

– Advise the company on legal risks and compliance issues.

4. Legal Research and Advice:

– Conduct legal research to stay updated on laws and regulations affecting the company.

– Provide legal advice to management and other departments as required.

5. Training and Education:

– Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on the Prevention of Sexual

Harassment (POSH) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Acts.

– Conduct Several legal trainings on matters pertaining to data privacy, labor laws, latest

amendments in industry specific laws etc as per need within the company

6. Intellectual Property and Trademark Management:

– Handle issues related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), patents, and trademarks.

– Ensure the protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property.

Minimum Qualifications:

A. Education:

– Must have completed a 3-year/5-year LLB degree from a reputable law institute in India

with a minimum of 60% marks.

– LLM degree is desirable

– Specialization in labor laws, employment laws, and corporate laws.

B. Experience:

– 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as an in-house corporate legal

professional in any service-providing industry, law firm, or bank.

– 2-3 years of civil litigation experience in Maharashtra.

C. Skills:

– Proficient in using computers, MS Office, Google Drive, and other cloud services

required for legal work.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

REMUNERATION: Pay will be commensurate with industry standards and based on experience and qualifications.
