Job Overview
We are looking for a Legal Manager to join our team at CredR, India’s Most Trusted Used Two-Wheeler Brand. As a Legal Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and providing legal advice and support to the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal professional
- In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Review and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide legal advice and support on various business activities and initiatives
- Manage legal risk and resolve legal issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and update the company on changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel as necessary
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on legal developments
- Handle any legal disputes or litigation that may arise
