About Us:
The Chambers of Ms. Nandadevi Deka, a prestigious law practice, is seeking to hire a dedicated and skilled Associate Lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This role involves working on a range of civil and commercial matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various district courts, and multiple tribunals, including the NGT, CAT, NCLT, and NCLAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle civil and commercial cases across various courts and tribunals.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare well-drafted legal documents.
- Assist in drafting writ petitions and special leave petitions (SLPs).
- Represent clients effectively and contribute to case strategies.
Requirements:
- PQE of 2-3 years with experience in civil and commercial matters.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting.
- Familiarity with proceedings before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various tribunals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
