🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and MOUs.
- Assisting in due diligence and corporate advisory matters.
- Providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Conducting in-depth research and preparing legal opinions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn new concepts and practices.
