Job Title: Legal Intern
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) – WFO
Requirement: Minimum 1 Year of experience in a corporate legal team or law firm is preferred
Qualification: LLB or LLM
Stipend: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Support the legal team in compliance-related matters and regulatory filings.
- Assist in handling corporate governance, intellectual property and data protection matters.
- Liaise with internal teams and external legal advisors on legal issues.
- Maintain and update legal documentation, case files and compliance records.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management as required.
- Handle non-litigation matters such as contract management, regulatory compliance and legal advisory.
- Keep track of legislative updates and their impact on the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of corporate and contract law.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm is preferred.
