Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, NDAs, and corporate contracts.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and healthcare laws.
- Support corporate compliance activities, including maintaining statutory records and filings.
- Assist in tracking ongoing litigation and coordinating with external counsel.
- Review, organize, and manage internal legal documentation and databases.
- Help with policy drafting and provide internal legal advisory support.
