Full job description
- Handle all Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Revenue, RERA, Arbitration, Commercial, and Property-related litigation matters of the Company.
- Ensure timely filing of suits, appeals, written statements, affidavits, petitions, caveats, replies, and other legal pleadings.
- Handle litigation relating to land records, mutation entries, 7/12 extracts, Property Cards, NA permissions, encroachments, land acquisition, title disputes, and other revenue proceedings.
- Conduct legal searches, title verification, and due diligence for land acquisitions
- Coordinate with Talathi, Circle Officer, Tahsildar, SDO, Collector, City Survey Office, and other Revenue Authorities.
- Coordinate with Senior Advocates, Panel Lawyers, Solicitors, and Legal Consultants across all litigation matters.
