Position Title : Legal Intern
Overview:
As a Legal Intern at our healthcare company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in various aspects of healthcare law while assisting our legal team in day-to-day operations. This role offers exposure to a dynamic and fast paced environment where you will contribute to legal research, drafting documents, and supporting the team in compliance and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research on healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance to provide concise summaries and recommendations to the legal team.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to healthcare services at Healtether Private Ltd and provide an regulatory compliance.
- Prepare memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents as required.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including organizing documents, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Qualification :
- Currently pursuing a degree in any accredited law school program.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
