As a legal executive, you will be responsible for handling legal documentation, agreement drafting and review, intellectual property (IP) management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Documentation and Contracts:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, service contracts, and other commercial contracts.
- Assist in the execution, stamping, and record-keeping of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a repository of legal documents, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Support internal stakeholders with contract-related queries and documentation.
Intellectual Property (IP) Management:
- Assist in the registration, renewal, and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Conduct preliminary IP searches and coordinate with external counsels for filings and oppositions.
- Monitor and track deadlines for IP renewals and filings.
- Identify potential IP risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure contracts and documentation align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support in conducting legal due diligence on agreements and business transactions.
- Assist in responding to legal notices related to documentation and IP matters.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, external counsels, and regulatory authorities for documentation and IP-related matters.
- Work closely with the business and marketing teams to ensure IP protection strategies are implemented effectively.
We hope you have..
- A LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in legal documentation and intellectual property matters.
- A strong understanding of contract law, IP laws, and general corporate legal principles.
- Experience with IP filings, trademark searches, and enforcement strategies.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
