.Create and Draft Legal Policies for Department
Drafting and wetting various legal documents
Spontaneous in replying the Notices.
Advising the company and giving a legal point of view to the management
To follow up and coordinate with Advocate and Solicitors on record handling matters in various courts and should maintain a record of the matters if needed.
Representing the Company / Directors / Representative of Company at various courts as and when required.
