We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Legal Associate – RERA.

Experience: 1+ years
Location: Nariman Point (Churchgate)

Job Description:

• The candidate must be well versed with the basics of real estate, such as land laws, laws relating to transfer of property, law of inheritance and succession etc.,
• Should have prior work experience in title due diligence as well as documentation relating to real estate transactions such as sale deeds, gift deeds, wills and codicils, lease deeds, leave and license agreements etc.
• Excellent knowledge of RERA and land transactions.
• Candidates who can read and understand Marathi and have proficiency in MS Word will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Legal Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
• RERA: 1 year (Preferred)
• Non Litigation: 1 year (Preferred)
