Key Responsibilities
- -Help draft and edit the contract templates
- -Draft documents, letters, applications, invoices, handouts, and enclosures as need be
- -Assist in maintaining reports and records of the company
- -Proofreading and editing data, documents, etc within the prescribed timelines
- -Research and report on the latest developments, avenues, and legal nuances in the industry
- -Participate in meetings and outreach assignments as assigned
Requirements
- -Candidate must have completed his bachelor in law (LLB)
- -Has good communication skills and drafting skills
- -Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills
- -Identifies key risk areas in a contract
- -Contract drafting and negotiation
- -Liasoning and project execution
- -Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
