Role & responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our AI managed solutions team. This role involves reviewing and analyzing contracts to help clients understand legal, commercial, and operational risks, enabling informed business decisions. Candidates should have a basic understanding of contracts, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn legal technology and AI-driven tools.
Key job responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret contractual documents to identify key legal and business terms
- Understand contract positions, obligations, risks, and commercial intent within agreements
- Analyze contractual information to help clients understand legal, commercial, and operational risks for informed decision-making
- Review contractual data with accuracy and consistency to support meaningful business insights and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve output quality
- Learn and adapt to different contract types including commercial, procurement, licensing, and service agreements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive contractual information responsibly
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ongoing training activities
Required experience, skills, and tools
- Basic understanding of legal/contracts and commercial terminology
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn AI and contract management tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Masters degree in Law (LLM) preferred.
- Freshers with internships experience in Contract review
