Job Summary:
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance on matters related to corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar ground-mounted projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, land acquisition, permitting, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in [Gujarat/India].
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, environmental regulations, and corporate governance.
- Experience with land acquisition, permitting, and regulatory compliance in solar or renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
