This role involves assisting in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, maintaining legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Responsibilities include supporting legal operations, participating in policy development, and conducting legal research. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support for legal documentation
- Participate in developing company policies on legal issues
- Assist in compliance projects, particularly with data privacy regulations
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on applicable laws and regulations
Skills:
A law degree (LLB/LLM) from an accredited law school
Excellent written and spoken English
