Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our
legal team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in corporate law,
focusing on corporate laws, commercial agreements or liquidations. This role offers
an excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic legal
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
including contracts, joint ventures, and other corporate documents.
Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory
matters.
Assist in corporate restructuring and liquidation processes, including
preparation of necessary documentation and liaising with regulatory bodies.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support various corporate law matters.
Support senior legal staff in managing and executing complex transactions
and corporate projects.
Stay updated with current legal trends and changes in corporate law to ensure
the company’s practices remain compliant and proactive.
Prepare reports, summaries, and legal opinions as required.
Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice in a professional
manner.
Visit NCLT for relevant assignments and cases.
Qualifications:
L.L.B. (3 Years or 5 Years) or equivalent law degree from an accredited
institution.
1-2 years of experience in particularly in the areas of corporate laws,
liquidations, NCLT/Court visits and commercial agreements.
Decent understanding of corporate governance, compliance issues, and
liquidation processes.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
