Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Junior Advocate Trainee. The Junior Advocate Trainee will assist senior attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court cases. The individual will also be involved in client consultations, gathering case-related information, and maintaining case files. Additionally, the role includes attending court hearings and providing general administrative support to the legal team.
Qualifications
- Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Case Preparation skills
- Understanding of Civil and Criminal Law Procedures
- Effective Communication and Client Consultation skills
- Administrative Support and Case Management capabilities
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Experience or internship in a legal environment is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
