Looking for Junior Advocate full time for our Real-Estate and Finance (NBFC) Company. Who have experience in drafting litigations reply to concern department’s. Drafting legal documents, briefs, and opinions. Conducting legal research and analysis on various case-related matters.
Attend court proceeding on behalf of company.
RERA knowledge is mandatory.
Having good speed in typing for making replies.
Good communication skills in Punjabi, English.
LLB / LLM min 2-3 years of experience in court
Follow-ups with senior Advocates.
Provide legal counsel and guidance on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and property development projects.
– Conduct due diligence and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
– Advise on financing arrangements, loan agreements, and other financial transactions, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
– Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities to negotiate and finalize legal agreements.
– Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in the real estate and finance sectors.
– Handle legal disputes and litigation related to real estate and finance matters, when necessary.
– Assist in drafting and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Requirements:.
– Degree in Law from an accredited institution.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with a focus on real estate and finance sectors.
– Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes.
– Familiarity with financial transactions, loan agreements, and financing structures.
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized.
– Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
