Bhasin & Co. is looking to hire four Associates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for their New Delhi office. Candidates should hold an LLB or LLM degree.
Key Areas of Practice:
- Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents such as Suits, Claims, Writs, Petitions, Applications, Appeals, SLPs, Replies/Rejoinders
- Conducting legal research
- Appearing before courts, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and Arbitral Tribunals
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong drafting, research, communication, and presentation skills
- Eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment
