Only Female Candidate, qualified/Semi Qualified company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries , Knowledge of Annual Returns, Company formation, Drafting of Legal Documents, FEMA, other Compliances.
And Female candidate willing to undergo Company Secretary (CS) internship on whole-time basis. (Whether undergone internship before or not).
Willing to take responsibilities and ability to work independently.
