 2: Rights and Entitlements of Employees
– Employee rights under the Constitution of India.
– Essential provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
– Exploring statutory entitlements such as minimum wages, working hours, and leaves.

 3: Workplace Discrimination and Harassment 
– Recognizing different forms of workplace discrimination and harassment.
– Understanding the legal framework provided by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.
