Internship Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer Intern to assist our legal and compliance team in handling corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. This internship offers hands-on exposure to startup law, contracts, renewable energy regulations, compliance management, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and employee documents
- Assist in company compliance, legal documentation, and policy drafting
- Conduct legal research related to corporate law, renewable energy policies, and business regulations
- Support in handling intellectual property, trademarks, and licensing documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding legal notices and documentation processes
- Maintain confidential legal records and databases
- Assist in preparing franchise, partnership, and business agreements
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BALLB
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Knowledge of legal compliance and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
- Detail-oriented with professional ethics and confidentiality
