Job Description:
ZYWAVE INC. is hiring a full-time, remote Contract Administrator. The role functions both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work product while maintaining the absolute confidentiality of Legal Department communications and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Contract Creation & Review: Assist in the creation and administration of contracts that support product sales by using approved standard modifications. Contribute directly to the review and administration of confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Drafting & Communication: Draft communications and assist with documentation for various commercial and corporate matters.
• Database & Stakeholder Management: Analyze and communicate contract-related information to internal stakeholders. Manage the executed contracts and documents database to ensure complete data accuracy.
• Inquiry Triage: Triage and respond to inquiries from internal customers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Compliance & Departmental Support: Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms. Assist in administrative matters required for international compliance and provide general administrative assistance to the Legal Department as needed.
Required Skills:
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
