Job Description:
A leading Bombay based full-service law firm having offices in Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ambala & Chandigarh is looking for Advocates specialized in the following domains with a minimum experience of 1-2 years to be based at the Chennai office;
Specialized in Sec. 138 of NI Act, Sec. 25 of PASSA & SARFAESI Proceedings.
- Well versed with the proceedings of Sec. 138/Sec. 25 which includes regular appearance before MM, CMM & CJM and proficient in drafting notices, complaints, rejoinders, final arguments, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of SARFAESI proceedings for attending matters which are listed before DRT & DRAT, CMM & DM.
- Skilled in drafting Demand notice, Possession notice and Auction bid notice, replies and rejoinders, drafting various applications as and when required.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies, analyse potential risks, and provide legal advice to clients on a regular basis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil & English with the ability to communicate effectively with the firm’s clients.

Salary: ₹110,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
