Full job description:

HR:

  • Hands-on with Talent acquisition in an efficient manner for technical and business-specific profiles of candidates.
  • Execute the entire onboarding cycle for allotted positions.
  • Update and revise Job Functional Responsibilities from time to time.
  • Align on HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and valuable work for employees.
  • Administer and educate employees on company policies and ensure updating of the online employee handbook.
  • Timely execution and record keeping of employee documents, benefits, insurance plans, etc.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected by regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
  • Promote a positive and open work environment through HR initiatives.

Payroll:

  • Process payroll for Alphard Group employees located in India, UAE, Singapore, Greece.
  • Maintain and update leave, attendance, and payroll component data accurately.
  • Generate calculation files for finalizing and fulfilling statutory requirements like PF Challan, and ESIC Challan, all documentation work for PF & ESIC, updating various forms, follow up for the same.
  • Prepare Employment-related documents, such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Probation feedback and confirmation letter, and work experience/relieving letters.
  • Verify and review exit clearance formalities and process employee F&F accordingly.
  • Guide, counsel, and assist employees with information about payroll, taxation, exemptions, etc.
  • Create, and innovate various C&B initiatives, CTC structures, etc. to attract and retain talent pool.
  • Maintain payroll information accurately using HRMS and run HR processes in the Portal in a timely manner.
  • Attend and resolve payroll discrepancies and provide accurate information to stakeholders on employee cost.
  • Keep abreast of Labor Laws in countries where Alphard Group has official presence.
  • Ensure accurate and updated document control for HR Department (Employee Personal Files, Statutory compliances file, etc.)
