We are seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to support our Movies, Series, Events (including weddings and live events), and New Media (DCA) divisions. This role involves end-to-end contract management, risk mitigation, and legal advisory while safeguarding the agency and talent from legal liabilities and ensuring compliance with relevant entertainment, media, and talent laws.
Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- 4–7 years of experience in media, entertainment, IP law, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of entertainment, media, and talent-related laws.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
