Key responsible areas

•1. Pre-litigation call intimation- As per selection of cases approved by NCM

2. Litigation initiation intimation– As per approved legal filing pool approved by NLM-AVP Legal

3. Post litigation intimation call- As per portal MIS of legal filed cases-Approved by CLT

4. Maintain MIS and update in records– All contactable cases records

5. Loss pool – As per system

Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports.
• Aware customers about legal consequence as per legal action
• Ensuring on-time payments of the customers.
• Ensure adherence of all commitments
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Law-Graduate.
• 0-2 yrs of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills with legal subject expertise
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
