Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting trademark searches and analyzing search results
2. Draft trademark applications and correspondence with the USPTO
3. Organize and maintain trademark portfolios for clients
4. Assist in preparing responses to office actions and opposition
5. Conduct research on trademark laws and regulations
6. Update and maintain trademark databases using MS Excel
7. Prepare presentations and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint
