(SSA) was started in 2010 as a leading Transaction Advisory firm specializing in Stressed Debt, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). Major clients include major Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity Funds with high yield investment mandate.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new and existing relationships within the lender network and converting these relationships into mandates for our organization
- Analyzing legal information and interpret financial statements to support and develop strategic plan for converting an existing relationship to a mandate and create compelling proposals tailored to needs of each lender
- Collaborating with the bank officials with the necessary legal due diligence of the NPA portfolio, arrangement of data room, query resolution, etc.
- Assisting the seniors in meetings with the concerned department heads to present business proposals and ensure ongoing communication to foster long-term relationships
- Identifying areas where our organization can contribute expertise and add value within the framework of RBI regulations and compliances as well as relevant legislations, particularly in offering financial advisory services related to Stressed and Standard Loans
- Collecting relevant information from NCLT, IBBI, DRT etc and vetting and executing the NDA between our organization and lender(s)/ Investor(s)
- Lead negotiations with lenders to secure mandates, addressing any concerns and close deals by obtaining formal commitments/ agreements from financial institutions
Requirements
- Candidates who have completed or pursuing LLB or LLM
- Commute within and outside the city for business/client meetings
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
