Profile:
- Handling litigation and arbitration mandates before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, NCLT, and District Courts
- Involvement in commercial arbitration
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and pre-litigation preparation
- Drafting of basic commercial agreements
Experience: 2-3 years (Post Qualification Experience)
