– Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and notices.
– Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
– Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate solutions.
– Managing litigation matters from start to finish, including representing the company in court if necessary.
– Providing legal advice on a wide range of issues, including intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law.
**Job Requirements :**
– Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
– Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract drafting, litigation, legal compliance, copyright, and regulatory requirements.
– Proficient in drafting agreements, petitions, emails and notices.
