About the Opportunity
Ardent Privacy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern – Data Privacy to join its Legal & Data Privacy team in Pune.
This opportunity is suitable for LLB and LLM students and recent law graduates interested in building a career in Data Privacy Law, Technology Law, Cybersecurity Law and Privacy Compliance.
The internship provides exposure to legal research, technology contracts, privacy compliance, regulatory developments and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Intern may work on:
- Conducting legal research on data privacy and cybersecurity laws
- Assisting with research relating to Data Protection and Privacy regulations
- Supporting the drafting and review of technology contracts, NDAs and commercial agreements
- Assisting with privacy compliance and regulatory tracking
- Preparing and maintaining legal documentation
- Supporting tender-related legal requirements
- Assisting with compliance activities and documentation
- Tracking developments in technology law, data protection and cybersecurity regulations
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- An LLB or LLM qualification, or be currently pursuing LLB/LLM
- Strong interest in Data Privacy Law and Technology Law
- Good legal research and analytical skills
- Strong legal drafting and written communication abilities
- Interest in cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory compliance
- Immediate availability will be preferred
