Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting Senior Lawyers: Actively support senior legal professionals with case research, strategy, and court preparations.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare, review, and structure legal drafts, petitions, applications, and pleadings.
• Due Diligence: Handle detailed legal due diligence processes and verify legal documentation.
• Documentation: Manage, organize, and systematically maintain comprehensive legal paperwork and case files.
