Job Description:
Karnavat Group is hiring a full-time Legal & Revenue Advocate for their Thane office. The position requires a candidate with a strong foundation in real estate law, legal drafting, negotiation, and handling property due diligence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Legal Drafting & Documentation: Draft, review, and vet commercial agreements, contracts, LOIs, MOUs, lease/sale deeds, and legal notices for both transactional and litigation matters.
• Litigation & Dispute Management: Monitor ongoing disputes, coordinate with outside counsel, and manage cases across various forums including the City Civil Court, Sessions Court, High Court, and Revenue Authorities.
• Real Estate Due Diligence: Conduct extensive legal due diligence of land parcels targeted for acquisition, joint ventures, or redevelopment projects.
