Job Description:
Shivansh Logistics Private Limited is hiring a detail-oriented Corporate Legal Associate specializing in legal drafting and compliance management. The ideal candidate will possess robust research and analytical capabilities alongside a strong grasp of corporate regulations, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Commercial Drafting: Formulate, evaluate, and vet essential business agreements, including NDAs, MOUs, service contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership arrangements.
• Litigation & Correspondence: Prepare formal legal notices, replies, affidavits, declarations, and general corporate communication.
• Corporate Governance: Draft critical board and shareholder resolutions, compile minutes of meetings, and manage corporate governance records.
