Job Description:Modist Global is seeking a motivated Legal Intern / Legal Trainee to join our legal and compliance team. This fully remote position is structured for final-year law students and recent graduates looking to gain practical industry exposure. Exceptional performers during the internship may be considered for a transition into a full-time Legal Associate position.
Key responsibilities include:
• Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research covering statutory laws, judicial precedents, regulations, and case studies.
• Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing diverse commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Compliance: Support internal compliance management frameworks and regulatory legal filings.
• Record Keeping: Maintain, structure, and systematically organize corporate legal records.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments on legal and regulatory issues.
