IPRinn Associates is a balanced Intellectual Property law firm in India, handling both litigation and non-litigation IP matters. The firm represents businesses, startups, and creators in trademark, patent, copyright, design, anti-counterfeiting, and software-related IP disputes, as well as enforcement, prosecution, and advisory work.

The Junior Lawyer will assist in IP litigation, prosecution, enforcement, and related administrative work, including legal research, drafting pleadings, notices, applications, replies, written submissions, case documents, and handling filings before courts and IP authorities such as the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Office, Design Office, and Patent Office.

The role includes preparing case files, managing deadlines, coordinating with clients, reviewing documents and evidence, supporting court proceedings, and assisting in filings, examination replies, hearings, oppositions, rectification/cancellation proceedings, renewals, assignments, recordals, and post-filing compliances.

We are looking for dedicated candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in Intellectual Property law, and not merely seeking a routine job. Women candidates are especially encouraged to apply, as the firm strongly supports, motivates, and empowers women in the legal profession.

Selection is subject to successful completion of a mandatory 2-month assessment internship, during which the candidate’s litigation skills, drafting ability, discipline, commitment, and courtroom preparedness will be evaluated.

Requirements: LL.B. from a recognised university, enrolment with the Bar Council, willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, and commitment to continuous professional learning.
