Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise commercial and corporate agreements.
- Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management independently.
- Review vendor, client, technology, SaaS, service, partnership, confidentiality, and fintech-related agreements.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical legal solutions.
- Advise on applicable regulatory frameworks, including fintech, data privacy, payments, outsourcing, and allied compliance requirements.
- Assist clients and internal teams with regulatory interpretation and compliance-related matters.
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain contract documentation and ensure timely execution and closure of agreements.
Preferred candidate profile
