A boutique law firm is looking for enthusiastic law graduates to join their team and gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contracts, investments, and real estate transactions.
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
(Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate)
Role & Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Assisting in corporate & investment transactions (PE/VC/startup deals)
• Supporting real estate transactions
• Conducting legal research and due diligence
Eligibility Criteria:
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and grow
